Injectables & Neuromodulators (Botox, Jeuveau, Dysport)
What is Botox and how does it work?
Botox is a purified form of botulinum toxin that temporarily relaxes facial muscles to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It is commonly used on the forehead, crow’s feet, and glabellar lines.
How long does it last?
Results last 3 to 4 months, with full effects appearing 7–10 days post-treatment.
Is Botox safe?
Yes, when administered by licensed professionals using FDA-approved products, as we do at Luxe Wellness.
What makes Jeuveau different from Botox?
Jeuveau is a newer, FDA-approved neuromodulator designed specifically for aesthetics. It offers similar results to Botox but with a different protein structure.
Who is an ideal candidate for Jeuveau?
Adults seeking a smoother look, especially those new to neuromodulators or looking for a Botox alternative.
When will I see results from Jeuveau?
Typically within 2–3 days, with peak results at 7–10 days.
How is Dysport unique?
Dysport spreads more quickly than other neuromodulators, making it great for larger areas like the forehead. Results often appear in 2–4 days.
How long does Dysport last?
Usually 3–4 months.
Is Dysport good for first-timers?
Yes, especially for those wanting fast, broad-area results.
Which neuromodulator is right for me?
Our expert injectors will assess your goals and facial anatomy to recommend the best option — Botox, Jeuveau, or Dysport.
Are injections painful?
Discomfort is minimal, often described as a quick pinch. We offer numbing options to ensure comfort.
What’s the downtime after injections?
Minimal to none. Avoid exercise and lying flat for a few hours post-treatment to ensure best results.
Dermal Fillers (Juvederm, RHA, & Evolysse)
What are Dermal Fillers?
At Luxe, we offer a curated selection of premium dermal fillers — Juvederm, RHA Collection, and Evolysse — each made with hyaluronic acid (HA), a naturally occurring substance in your skin that attracts moisture and adds volume. These fillers are designed to smooth fine lines, restore facial volume, and enhance facial features for a refreshed, natural look.
What areas can fillers treat?
Our dermal fillers can be used to enhance and rejuvenate the lips, cheeks, jawline, chin, under-eye area (tear troughs), and smile lines (nasolabial folds). Each product line offers specialized formulas tailored for specific areas and concerns, allowing us to customize your treatment for optimal, natural-looking results.
-
Juvederm: Known for its versatility and smooth consistency, perfect for lips and deep folds.
-
RHA Collection: Designed to adapt to facial movements, ideal for dynamic areas like around the mouth and cheeks.
-
Evolysse: Offers a soft, natural feel and is well-suited for subtle volume enhancement and fine line correction.
How long does it last?
Longevity depends on the specific product and treatment area:
-
Juvederm: Typically lasts 6–18 months.
-
RHA Collection: Can last up to 15 months, especially in dynamic areas.
-
Evolysse: Generally lasts 6–12 months depending on placement and individual factors.
Your metabolism, lifestyle, and the product used will influence how long your results last.
Does it hurt?
Most patients experience minimal discomfort. We apply a topical numbing agent, and all our HA fillers contain lidocaine to enhance comfort during the procedure.
Will I look “overdone” or fake?
Not at Luxe. Our providers specialize in subtle, natural-looking enhancements. Our goal is always to restore balance and volume, not to change your appearance drastically.
When will I see results?
Results are immediate, though there may be mild swelling or bruising that resolves within a few days. The final look is typically visible within a week.
Is there downtime?
Most clients return to daily activities right after treatment. We recommend avoiding intense exercise, alcohol, and facial massage for 24 hours post-treatment to minimize swelling or bruising.
Skin Treatments
What is DiamondGlow?
DiamondGlow is a 3-in-1 facial treatment that exfoliates, extracts impurities, and infuses your skin with customized serums. It improves skin texture, clarity, and hydration in just one visit.
Who is DiamondGlow good for?
Almost everyone. It’s great for dullness, dryness, congestion, and uneven tone. We tailor the serum blend based on your skin goals — whether that’s brightening, calming, or anti-aging.
Is there downtime?
No. You’ll leave glowing and can resume normal activities right away. Some mild redness may occur immediately post-treatment but typically fades within hours.
How often should I get it?
We recommend monthly for maintenance, or seasonally for a reset. It pairs beautifully with other skincare services like peels or red light therapy.
What are chemical peels and how do they work?
Peels use gentle acids to exfoliate the top layers of skin, revealing smoother, brighter skin underneath. They’re great for treating fine lines, acne, dark spots, and dull texture.
Will I peel?
It depends on the strength of the peel. Some have no visible peeling, while deeper peels may cause flaking for a few days. We’ll guide you to the right level based on your comfort and goals.
What is microneedling?
Microneedling uses tiny needles to create micro-injuries in the skin, stimulating collagen and improving texture, tone, and scarring. It’s especially helpful for acne scars, fine lines, and enlarged pores.
Is microneedling painful?
We apply a topical numbing cream before treatment. Most people find it very tolerable — often described as a scratching or prickling sensation.
How soon will I see results?
Initial glow may appear within a week, but collagen remodeling takes 4–6 weeks. A series of sessions often delivers the best results.
What kind of facials do you offer?
We offer several types — from probiotic detox facials to brightening vitamin C treatments to moisture barrier repair. Each one is customized to your skin’s needs and includes expert care throughout.
Sofwave Skin Tightening
What is Sofwave?
Sofwave is a non-invasive ultrasound technology that stimulates collagen deep beneath the skin’s surface. It helps lift and firm areas like the jawline, brow, neck, and more — all without surgery or downtime.
How does it work?
Sofwave delivers targeted ultrasound energy to the mid-dermis, triggering your body’s natural collagen production. It lifts skin, reduces laxity, and improves texture over time.
What does it feel like?
You may feel warmth or tingling during treatment. Most clients find it very tolerable. We can adjust intensity and use numbing if needed for your comfort.
Is there downtime?
No. You may have some temporary redness or swelling, but you can return to your normal routine right away. It’s truly a walk-in, walk-out treatment.
How soon will I see results?
Some clients notice improvement within a week, but full collagen remodeling takes 8–12 weeks. Results continue to improve over 3 months and can last 6–12 months or longer.
What areas can Sofwave treat?
Face, neck, brow, under-eye area, jawline, and even body zones like the upper arms or thighs. It’s ideal for mild to moderate skin laxity and early signs of aging.
How many sessions will I need?
Most people see great results from just one session, though your provider may recommend a series depending on your skin’s condition and goals.
Body & Recovery
What is Pure Impact?
Pure Impact is a non-invasive body sculpting technology that uses electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) to activate and strengthen deep muscle groups. It’s great for toning, core strength, and postural improvement.
What does it feel like?
You’ll feel strong, rhythmic muscle contractions — like an intense workout while lying down. Most people find it invigorating and even relaxing once they settle in.
Is there downtime?
No. You may feel sore like you would after a tough workout, but there’s no disruption to your day.
Who is it best for?
Anyone looking to enhance muscle tone, support posture, or complement their fitness goals. It’s also ideal for post-partum recovery and those easing back into physical activity.
What is red light therapy?
Red light therapy uses low-level wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to stimulate cell regeneration, reduce inflammation, and support healing. It’s backed by research and used by athletes, dermatologists, and recovery experts.
How is it used at Luxe?
We offer red light therapy to enhance skin tone, reduce inflammation after treatments, and promote nervous system balance. It’s a calming, glow-boosting add-on or standalone session.
What is Shiftwave?
Shiftwave is a nervous system recovery tool that uses patterned pressure waves to downshift your stress response. It mimics the soothing rhythms of deep breathing and somatic therapy — ideal for post-treatment integration or standalone stress relief.
Mental Health & Therapy
Why does Luxe offer therapy?
Because we believe that beauty isn’t just skin deep. Our mission is to support your whole self — emotionally, physically, and mentally. Therapy is a key part of how we help you reconnect with your sense of self-worth, clarity, and calm.
What kind of therapy do you offer?
We offer individual therapy with licensed providers who specialize in stress, anxiety, burnout, body image, and self-esteem. Our approach is emotionally intelligent, neuroscience-informed, and deeply human.
How is this different from traditional therapy?
Our therapists are clinically trained, but the environment is designed for comfort and integration. Whether you come once or commit to a longer plan, we meet you with curiosity and care — not pressure or protocol.
Do I need to be “in crisis” to benefit?
Not at all. In fact, many of our guests use therapy as a proactive tool — to check in with themselves, navigate change, or simply feel more connected. Therapy here is about thriving, not just surviving.
Can I book therapy alongside a facial or injectable?
Yes. Many of our guests schedule both in a single visit — as part of a deeper, more restorative care experience. We’re happy to help you plan a session that includes both treatment and talk.
